【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsandtestmethodsapplicabletopreinsulatedductileironpipes,fittings,accessoriesandtheirjointsfortheconstructionofpipelines(orpartsthereof)—toconveywater(e.g.potablewater),wastewaterandotherliquids;—tobeoperatedwithorwithoutpressure;—tobeinstalledbeloworaboveground;—tolimittemperaturevariationsoftheconveyedfluids.NOTE1InthisInternationalStandard,allpressuresarerelativepressuresexpressedinbars(100kPa=1bar).ThisInternationalStandardgives,inadditiontothespecificationsoftheexistingISOstandardsfortheconveyingductileironpipesandfittings,specificationsformaterials,dimensionsandtolerances,mechanicalandthermalpropertiesofthethermalinsulationlayerandexternalcasingofpreinsulatedductileironpipes,fittingsandaccessories.ThisInternationalStandardcoverspreinsulatedductileironpipes,fittingsandaccessoriesofasizerangeextendingfromDN60toDN600inclusive,whichare—manufacturedwithsocketed,flangedorspigotendsforjointingbymeansofvarioustypesofgasketswhicharenotwithinthescopeofthisInternationalStandard;—preinsulatedintheworks(excludingon-siteapplicationoftheinsulationlayerand/orthecasing);—normallydeliveredinternallyandexternallycoated;—intendedforfluidtemperaturesfrom0℃to50℃,excludingfrost.NOTE2Otherapplicationsarepossiblebyagreementbetweenmanufacturerandpurchaser.

【摘要】:TheMWaveragesandtheMWDareimportantcharacteristicsofaresin.Theymaybeusedforavarietyofcorrelationsforfundamentalstudies,processing,orproductapplications.TheMWandMWDvaluesmayalsobeusedforproductionqualitycontrolofresins.Limitations8212;ComparisonofSECmolecularweightvaluesshouldbemadeonlyifthedatawereobtainedunderidenticalchromatographicconditions.1.1Thispracticecoversthedeterminationofapparentmolecularweight(MW)averagesandmolecularweightdistributions(MWD)forTHF-solublehydrocarbonandterpeneresinsbysize-exclusionchromatography(SEC).Thistechniqueisnotabsolute;itrequirescalibrationwithstandardsofknownmolecularweight.Thispracticeisapplicabletoresinscontainingmolecular-weightcomponentsthathaveelutionvolumesfallingwithintheelutionvolumerangedefinedbypolystyrenestandards.Note1SECisalsoknownasgelpermeationchromatography(GPC).1.2SECsystemsemploylow-volumeliquidchromatographycomponentsandcolumnspackedwithrelativelysmall(generally3to20m)microporousparticles.High-performanceliquidchromatographyinstrumentationandautomateddatahandlingsystemsfordataacquisitionandprocessingarealsorequired.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
