【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC13719definesthebindingofthePortableCommonToolEnvironment(PCTE),asspecifiedinISO/IEC13719-1,totheCprogramminglanguage.AnumberoffeaturesarenotcompletelydefinedinISO/IEC13719-1,somefreedombeingallowedtotheimplementor.Someofthesefeaturesarespecifiedasimplementationlimits.SomeconstraintsareplacedontheseimplementationlimitsbythispartofISO/IEC13719.Theseconstraintsarespecifiedinclause24,ImplementationLimits.PCTEisaninterfacetoasetoffacilitiesthatformsthebasisforconstructingenvironmentssupportingsystemsengineeringprojects.Thesefacilitiesaredesignedparticularlytoprovideaninfrastructureforprogramswhichmaybepartofsuchenvironments.Suchprograms,whichareusedasaidstosystemdevelopment,areoftenreferredtoastools.
