【摘要】:ThispartofISO3951specifiesanacceptancesamplingsystemofdoublesamplingschemesforinspectionbyvariablesforpercentnonconforming.Itisindexedintermsoftheacceptancequalitylimit(AQL).TheobjectivesofthemethodslaiddowninthispartofISO3951aretoensurethatlotsofacceptablequalityhaveahighprobabilityofacceptanceandthattheprobabilityofnon-acceptinginferiorlotsisashighaspracticable.Thisisachievedbymeansoftheswitchingrules,whichprovide?automaticprotectiontotheconsumer(bymeansofaswitchtotightenedinspectionordiscontinuationofsamplinginspection)shouldadeteriorationinqualitybedetected,and?anincentive(atthediscretionoftheresponsibleauthority)toreduceinspectioncosts(bymeansofaswitchtoasmallersamplesize)shouldconsistentlygoodqualitybeachieved.InthispartofISO3951,theacceptabilityofalotisimplicitlyorexplicitlydeterminedfromanestimateofthepercentageofnonconformingitemsintheprocess,basedoneitheroneortworandomsamplesofitemsfromthelot.ThispartofISO3951isprimarilydesignedforuseunderthefollowingconditions:a)wheretheinspectionprocedureistobeappliedtoacontinuingseriesoflotsofdiscreteproductsallsuppliedbyoneproducerusingoneproductionprocess;iftherearedifferentproducersorproductionprocesses,applythispartofISO3951toeachoneseparately;b)wheretheitemsofproducthaveasinglequalitycharacteristic(formultiplequalitycharacteristics,seeinformativeAnnexesA,BandC);c)wherethequalitycharacteristicismeasurableonacontinuousscale;d)wherethemeasurementerrorisnegligible(i.e.withastandarddeviationofnomorethan10%ofthecorrespondingprocessstandarddeviation);e)whereproductionisstable(understatisticalcontrol)andthequalitycharacteristicisdistributed,atleasttoacloseapproximation,accordingtoanormaldistribution;CAUTION—TheproceduresinthispartofISO3951arenotsuitableforapplicationtolotsthathavebeenscreenedpreviouslyfornonconformingitems.f)wherethepossibilityofhavingtoselectandinspectasecondsampleisadministrativelyacceptable;
