【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestoresidualcurrentoperatedcircuit-breakerswithintegralovercurrentprotectionfunctionallyindependentof,orfunctionallydependenton,linevoltageforhouseholdandsimilaruses(hereafterreferredtoasRCBOs),forratedvoltagesnotexceeding440Va.c.,ratedcurrentsnotexceeding125Aforfixedinstallationandratedshort-circuitcapacitiesnotexceeding25000Aforoperationat50Hzor60Hz.Thesedevicesareintendedtoprotectpeopleagainstindirectcontact,theexposedconductivepartsoftheinstallationbeingconnectedtoanappropriateearthelectrodeandtoprotectagainstovercurrentsthewiringinstallationsofbuildingsandsimilarapplications.Theymaybeusedtoprovideprotectionagainstfirehazardsduetoapersistentearthfaultcurrent,withouttheoperationoftheovercurrentprotectivedevice.RCBOshavingaratedresidualoperatingcurrentnotexceeding30mAarealsousedasameansforadditionalprotectioninthecaseoffailureoftheprotectivemeansagainstelectricshock.Thisstandardappliestodevicesperformingsimultaneouslythefunctionofdetectionoftheresidualcurrent,ofcomparisonofthevalueofthiscurrentwiththeresidualoperatingvalueandofopeningoftheprotectedcircuitwhentheresidualcurrentexceedsthisvalue,andalsoofperformingthefunctionofmaking,carryingandbreakingovercurrentsunderspecifiedconditions.Thesedevicesareintendedforuseinanenvironmentwithpollutiondegree2.
