【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversstrandedconductorsmadefromroundcopperwires,eitheruncoatedorcoatedwithtin,lead,orleadalloyforgeneraluseininsulatedconductorassembliesforelectricalpurposes.Theseconductorsshallbecomposedofoneormorerollershapedordieclosedlayersofhelicallylaidwiresusingthesingleinputwire(SIW)methodology.(seeNote1andExplanatoryNote1)Note18212;Sealedconductorswhichareintendedtopreventlongitudinalwaterpropagationandarefurthercovered/insulated,arealsopermittedwithintheguidelinesofthisspecification.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththespecification.1.2.1Fordensity,resistivity,andtemperature,thevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.
