【摘要】:ThisStandardcoverssteamsystemsthataredefinedasasystemcontainingsteamgenerator(s)orothersteamsource(s),asteamdistributionnetworkandend-useequipment.Cogenerationandpowergenerationcomponentsmayalsobeelementsofthesystem(gasturbines,backpressuresteamturbines,condensingsteamturbines).Ifsteamcondensateiscollectedandreturned,thecondensatereturnsubsystemisapartofthesteamsystem.ThisStandardsetstherequirementsforconductingandreportingtheresultsofasteamsystemenergyassessment(hereafterreferencedasan"assessment")thatconsiderstheentiresystem,fromenergyinputstotheworkperformedastheresultoftheseinputs.Anassessmentmeetingthisstandardneednotaddresseachindividualsystemcomponentorspecificsystemwithinanindustrialfacilitywithequalweight;however,itshallbesufficientlycomprehensivetoidentifythemajoropportunitiesforimprovingtheoverallenergyperformanceofthesteamsystem.ThisStandardisdesignedtobeappliedprimarilyatindustrialfacilities,butmostofthespecifiedprocedurescanbeusedinotherfacilitiessuchasthoseintheinstitutionalandcommercialsectors.
