【摘要】:ThepurposeofthisEuropeanStandardistodeterminethefreeglycerolandresidualmono-,di-andtriglyceridecontentsinfattyacidmethylesters(FAME)intendedforadditiontomineraloils.Thetotalglycerolcontentisthencalculatedfromtheobtainedresults.Undertheconditionsdescribed,thequantificationlimitsare0,001%(m/m)forfreeglycerol,0,10%(m/m)forallglycerides(mono-,di-andtri-).ThismethodissuitableforFAMEpreparedfromrapeseed,sunflower,soybean,palm,animaloilsandfatsandmixtureofthem.ItisnotsuitableforFAMEproducedfromorcontainingcoconutandpalmkerneloilsderivativesbecauseofoverlappingofdifferentglyceridepeaks.NOTEForthepurposesofthisEuropeanStandard,theterm“%(m/m)”isusedtorepresentrespectivelythemassfraction.WARNING—Theuseofthismethodmayinvolvehazardousequipment,materialsandoperations.Thismethoddoesnotpurporttoaddresstoallofthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse,butitistheresponsibilityoftheusertosearchandestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
