【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesareverse-phasehigh-performanceliquidchromatographicmethod,withimmunoaffinitycolumnclean-upandpost-columnderivatization,forthedeterminationofaflatoxinsincereals,nutsandderivedproducts.ThelimitofquantificationforaflatoxinB1,andforthesumofaflatoxinsB1,B2,G1andG2,is8μg/kg.Themethodhasbeenvalidatedformaizecontaining24,5μg/kg,forpeanutbuttercontaining8,4μg/kg,andforrawpeanutscontaining16μg/kgoftotalaflatoxins.Ithasalsobeenshownthatthismethodcanbeusedforoilseedproducts,driedfruitsandderivedproducts.
