【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationprovidestherequirementsforanElectronicRegistrationIdentification(ERI)usingsymmetricencryptiontechniquesthatarebasedonanidentifierassignedtoavehicle(e.g.forrecognitionbynationalauthorities),suitabletobeusedfor:electronicidentificationoflocalandforeignvehiclesbynationalauthorities;vehiclemanufacturing,in-lifemaintenanceandend-of-lifeidentification(vehiclelife-cyclemanagement);adaptationofvehicledata,e.g.incaseofinternationalre-sales;safetyrelatedpurposes;crimereduction;commercialservices,andadheringtoprivacyanddataprotectionregulations.ThispartofISO/TS24534specifiestheinterfacesforasecureexchangeofdatabetweenanERTandanERIreaderorERIwriterinoroutsidethevehicleusingsymmetricencryptiontechniques.Symmetricencryptiontechniquesarebasedonsecretkeyssharedbyaparticularcommunityofusers,i.e.inclosedusergroupsinwhichitistrustedthatkeysarenotrevealedtooutsiders.NOTETheonboarddevicecontainingtheERIdataiscalledtheelectronicregistrationtag(ERT).ThisTechnicalSpecificationincludes:theinterfacebetweenanERTandanonboardERIreaderorwriter,theinterfacebetweentheonboardERIequipmentand(roadside)readingandwritingequipment,?securityissuesrelatedtothecommunicationwiththeERT.NOTEThevehicleidentifiersandpossiblerelatedvehicleinformation(astypicallycontainedinavehicleregistrationcertificate)aredefinedinISO/TS24534-3,Automaticvehicleandequipmentidentification—ElectronicRegistrationIdentification(ERI)forvehicles—Part3:Vehicledata.
