【摘要】:ThispartofISO9167specifiesarapidmethodforthedeterminationofthetotalglucosinolatecontentofrapeseedusingX-rayfluorescencespectrometry(XRF).ltisapplicabletoseedswithanormalProteincontentfrom19%to23%.ForseedswithaProteincontentoutsidethisrange,accountshouldbetakenofthetotalProteincontentinthecalculationofthetotalglucosinolatecontent(seereference[4]).NOTES1ISO9167-1specifiesamethodusinghigh-performanceliquidchromatography(HPLC)whichenablesthecontentofdifferentglucosinolatestobedeterminedindividually.2Whenappliedtoimmatureseedortoseedthathasbeenbadlystored,forexampleunderdampandwarmconditions,theresultsobtainedbytheXRFmethodandbytheHPLCmethod(ISO9167-1)maynotagreeascloselyaswhenappliedtonormalrapeseed.TheHPLCmethodshouldbetakenasthereferencemethod.
