【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversminimumrequirementsforsteelfibersintendedforuseinfiber-reinforcedconcrete.Fivetypesofsteelfibersforthispurposearedefinedaspiecesofsmoothordeformedcold-drawnwire;smoothordeformedcutsheet;melt-extractedfibers;mill-cutormodifiedcold-drawnwiresteelfibersthataresufficientlysmalltobedispersedatrandominaconcretemixture.1.2Thisspecificationprovidesformeasurementofdimensions,tolerancesfromspecifieddimensions,andrequiredminimumphysicalproperties,andprescribestestingprocedurestoestablishconformancetotheserequirements.1.3Inthecaseofconflictbetweenarequirementofaproductspecificationandarequirementofthisspecification,theproductspecificationshallprevail.Inthecaseofaconflictbetweenarequirementoftheproductspecificationorarequirementofthisspecificationandamorestringentrequirementofthepurchaseorder,thepurchaseordershallprevail.Thepurchaseorderrequirementsshallnottakeprecedenceifthey,inanyway,violatetherequirementsoftheproductspecificationorthisspecification;forexample,bythewaivingofatestrequirementorbymakingatestrequirementlessstringent.1.4ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasthestandard.Withinthetext,theinch-poundunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.
