【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverssoldermetalalloys(commonlyknownassoftsolders)usedinnon-electronicapplications,includingbutnotlimitedto,tin-lead,tin-antimony,tin-antimony-copper-silver,tin-antimony-copper-silver-nickel,tin-silver,tin-copper-silver,andlead-tin-silver,usedforthepurposeofjoiningtogethertwoormoremetalsattemperaturesbelowtheirmeltingpoints.Electronicgradesolderalloysandfluxedandnon-fluxedsolidsoldersforelectronicsolderingapplicationsarenotcoveredbythisspecificationastheyareundertheauspicesofIPCx2013;AssociationConnectingElectronicIndustries.1.1.1Thesesoldersincludethosealloyshavingaliquidustemperaturenotexceeding800x00B0;F(430x00B0;C).1.1.2Thisspecificationincludessoldersintheformofsolidbars,ingots,powderandspecialforms,andintheformofsolidandflux-coreribbon,wire,andsolderpaste.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.ItistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtobecomefamiliarwithallhazardsincludingthoseidentifiedintheappropriateMaterialSafetyDataSheet(MSDS)forthisproduct/materialasprovidedbythemanufacturer,toestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpractices,anddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
